It’s for anyone who is ready to make a lifestyle overhaul in order to better their health through proven strategies I use with my one on one clients. and who wants to feel and look healthy from the inside out.

What You Will Learn About:

  • Identifying Common myths around what it takes to achieve your ideal body, ideal fitness schedule & diet as well as why that might be holding you back in terms of getting results.

  • Identifying challenges around time and how to find a weekly fitness routine that fits in with a busy schedule as well as make one that is balanced for your body and your specific needs. (hint: cycling 6 days a week is not balanced)

  • My 3 Step Strategy No more yo yo ing. This strategy is the same one I use with my one on one clients. Learn which habits to tackle first so you can decrease inflammation and increase your energy quickly and efficiently.

My goal is to help you to never go “on a diet” again, to stay on track making healthy food choices and stick to exercise routines no matter what life challenges are thrown your way. 


Getting fit, staying fit, and living healthy doesn’t have to require endless hours in the gym, constant deprivation or feeling like you aren’t ever doing enough. It’s about striking the right balance between fitting in the right kind of exercise with the time you have and changing your eating habits at a steady pace while seeing and feeling the progress you make. Icing on the cake is when the scale and inches go down and other people notice your really toned arms, abs and tushie, right? 😉
