New Year Strong Start: Survive and Thrive coaching special is 3 months long and includes the following each month:

  • 2 one on one health coaching sessions (normally $250 /hr)

  • + 1 private training session with me: recorded and sent to you (normally $450/hr)

  • 1 group call for support and extra accountability

  • ($1050 value for: $499)

You will learn a unique set of techniques that no other health coach is teaching you, but is key to reclaiming your energy and your body so that you feel amazing and empowered. Learn how to take advantage of your body’s physiology, and take into account your daily/monthly fluctuating energy levels, and combine it with the the right fitness and nutrition strategy to achieve effortless weight loss and management. I am passionate about helping people fit in fitness, nutrition, and self care in ways that truly work for them, so that people can stop worrying about their bodies, and sink into the beauty of themselves. It took me years to get to a point where I am actually comfortable and happy with my body, and what it can do for me, so that I can spend more time focusing on the things that are most important to me (like helping you!) and it took going through major injuries and becoming a mother to really understand this.

When we learn the right information and combine it with the right action, we are able to make better choices, and are able to do that with more ease and clarity.
